Anti-Spam Policy

graph8 ("we", "us", "our") sends business email from trypipelinecience.co. We take email responsibility seriously. This policy explains the rules we hold ourselves to and how to stop hearing from us.

1. Our commitment

We send relevant business communications to professional contacts. We do not send bulk unsolicited consumer email, and we never knowingly email anyone who has asked us not to. Every message we send must meet the standards in this policy.

2. Legal compliance

All email sent from this domain is designed to comply with applicable email laws, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, and, where they apply, the EU and UK GDPR, the EU ePrivacy rules, and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). In practice, that means every commercial email we send:

• Uses accurate header information: the "From", "To", and routing details identify the actual sender
• Uses truthful, non-deceptive subject lines
• Identifies itself as a commercial message where the law requires it
• Includes a valid physical postal address for graph8
• Includes a clear, working way to opt out of future email
• Is sent from properly authenticated infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC)

3. How we build our contact lists

We email professional contacts about topics relevant to their business role. Contact information comes from licensed business data providers, publicly available professional sources, and direct interactions with us. We do not:

• Harvest email addresses from websites with automated tools
• Generate addresses by guessing or dictionary attacks
• Buy consumer email lists
• Use open relays or falsified sending infrastructure

4. Opting out

You can opt out of email from us at any time, at no cost, and without providing a reason:

• Unsubscribe link. Every commercial email includes one. It works without a login and processes your request immediately.
• Email us. Write to hello@trypipelinecience.co with the subject "Unsubscribe" from the address you want removed.
• Reply. Reply to any message from us and ask to be removed. A person will action it.

Opt-out requests are processed within 10 business days as required by CAN-SPAM. In practice they take effect within days. Once you opt out, your address goes on our suppression list and stays there. We honor opt-outs across all of our sending addresses, and we never sell or share your address with third parties for their own mailing.

5. Suppression list

We maintain a permanent suppression list of every address that has opted out, bounced, or complained. Addresses on this list are excluded from all future sends. Suppression records contain only what is needed to keep the block in place.

6. Reporting abuse

If you believe you received email from this domain that violates this policy or the law, we want to know. Forward the complete message, including headers if possible, to hello@trypipelinecience.co. We investigate every report and act on confirmed violations.

7. Your rights over your data

Opting out of email is separate from your broader data rights. You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at https://trypipelinecience.co/anti-spam.
